| When you initially log into the Avantage system (successfully authenticated), the password reset function will determine if you have setup an individualized password reset profile. You are seeing this screen because you have not setup a profile. You should select two questions from the pool of 15 questions (for example - “What is your all-time favorite sports team?” or “What is your father's middle name?”). You will also have to enter the answers to the questions you have selected. If possible, keep your answers as short as possible (when you need to reset your password, these answers must be entered exactly the same, as when you set up your profile). |
